Audition Notice - The Adventures of Sherlock

Audition Notice
The Adventure of Sherlock
Director/Playwright: Albertus Koett

The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes will be holding auditions on July 16th from 12:00 to 4:00, and on July 17th from 6:00 to 9:00 at CAT Studios.  Ideally, actors cast in recurring roles like Holmes and Watson, will remain in those roles for all three shows throughout the year and beyond.  This will be a great opportunity for those who are new to the stage, or have always wanted to get on stage as there will be a large number of parts available in all shows.  Auditions will consist of 15 minutes sessions of cold reading and interview.  Actors can book their audition times by emailing the director at

The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes is a brand new series to the CAT season.  The series will be presented in three linked installments during the 2017/18 season.  Performances in September, February and June will follow the many adventures of Sherlock Holmes and his partner Dr. John Watson.  The plays will be adapted for stage, by Albertus Koett, from the original works of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle.  The first play, which will be presented in September, will be adapted from the novel A Study in Scarlet.
